The Nordstar Double Tier Gantry and Hot Cupboard Combo 1200
Our hot Cupboard is a high quality, reliable appliance, ideal for care homes, restaurants and canteens. Constructed with easy to clean stainless steel, contents are kept at warm and hygienic temperatures due to its fully insulated panels which are easily accessible using our own sliding door system. Perfect for confined spaces such as hallways and corridors. This combination of hot cupboard and gantry is commonly used as a chefs pass/ chefs hot pass.
Hot Cupboard Features a large holding capacity, indicator lights so see when the cupboard is up to temperature, easy function thermostat and on/off button.
Double tier gantry features 6 x heated lamps, easy to use dimmer switches and will keep counter top food warm ready for service.
It is ideal for keeping food warm / high capacity for plated meals or being used as a plate warmer.
