The internal heat is modified through the variable thermostat located at the top of the unit to match the requirements of your plated food. Handy indicator lamps let you know when the cupboard is heating up or at its set temperature. a push button on/off switch luminates when the unit is on. Ideal for keeling stacked plates and other crockery warm and ready to plate up. The heavy duty construction ensures a long lasting unit that will outlast many other units.
