This Bain Marie Unit comes with a double tier heated gantry making it ideal for catering in establishments such as care home, schools, or universities, carveries and buffets. The independently controlled bain marie top is versatile and can be configured for smaller pans if required.
This means your menus can offer a wide variety and choice of dishes, especially when it comes to catering for those with specific dietary requirements. It also features a simple thermostat control for the hot cupboard, simmer stat control for the bain marie. Comes complete with castors. Can be fitted with a tray slide and sneeze guard at your request.
