The independently controlled bain marie top is versatile and can be configured for smaller pans if required. This means your menus can offer a wide variety and choice of dishes, especially when it comes to catering for those with specific dietary requirements.
It also features a simple thermostat control for the hot cupboard, simmer stat control for the bain marie. Comes complete with castors and can be fitted with a tray slide at your request.
