The single warming drawer features vents and digital thermostatic controls to hold a wide variety of hot foods safely for peak serving periods. In addition, the NSWD1 drawer has a gastronorm food pan, a temperature monitor and a power on/off switch, so you’ve got all the control you need to safely keep food warm for extended periods.
